Last week walking down the stairs here at the apartment, the guy who lives on the bottom floor was walking across in front of the stairs. I was 4 steps from the bottom, and I said to him "hey man, whats up?" very loud and very clear. Looking dead at each other he kept walking. Today I got home and parked where u see me in the pic, closeset in the pic. Came up stairs got Capone and was taking him for a walk, noticed this guy parked away on the other side of the lot. This guy keeps his in storage and only brings it out here and there. U can see there is plenty of space, but he had rather be no where close to my scooter. He always parks on the side where I am parked, I usually park on the other side in the other section of the lot. Just thought it was funny.
